At Centaurix Global Technologies, we are committed to engineering excellence. Unlike standard e-commerce stores, we deal in high-value, heavy industrial capital equipment. Our 5-Point Trust Protocol (including Live Video Inspection and Pre-Dispatch Verification) is designed to ensure that the machine you receive is exactly what you ordered, minimizing the need for returns.
However, we understand that issues can arise. This policy outlines your rights and obligations regarding returns, refunds, and cancellations.
1. Return Window & Eligibility
Standard Return Window:
You have 30 calendar days from the date of Delivery to report a significant manufacturing defect or non-compliance with the agreed technical specifications.
Eligible Items for Return/Rectification:

Machines that arrive with proven manufacturing defects that cannot be repaired on-site.

Machines that significantly deviate from the approved technical drawings or specifications agreed upon in the Purchase Order.

Standard components (e.g., Hydraulic Cylinders, Power Packs) that are dead-on-arrival (DOA).
Non-Returnable Items:

Custom-Engineered Machinery: Machines built specifically to your unique dimensions, tonnage, or application (e.g., Custom Deep Draw Presses) are Non-Cancellable and Non-Returnable, except in cases of irreparable functional failure.

Machines damaged due to improper installation, negligence, or misuse by the buyer.

Consumable parts (Seals, O-rings, Filters, Oil) once opened or used.
2. The "Repair-First" Protocol (Heavy Machinery)
Due to the logistical complexity of shipping heavy machinery (100+ Tons), our primary resolution method is On-Site Rectification.

Technical Assessment: Our engineering team will diagnose the fault remotely or deploy a certified engineer to your site.

Repair/Replace: We will repair the defective component or replace the specific part (e.g., pump, valve, motor) free of cost under the Warranty Terms.

Return Authorization: A full return of the machine is authorized only if the machine is deemed structurally defective and cannot be repaired to meet the agreed performance standards.
3. Refund Policy
If a return is authorized and the machine is received back at our facility:

Refund Method: Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment (Bank Transfer/NEFT/RTGS).

Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after the returned item is inspected and approved by our Quality Control team.

Restocking Fees:

For Standard/Stock Items returned due to buyer preference (not defect): A 20% Restocking Fee applies.

For Defective/Incorrect Items: 0% Restocking Fee (Full Refund).

4. Cancellation Policy

Before Production Starts: If you cancel within 24 hours of placing the order, you will receive a 100% Refund of the advance payment.

During Production: If you cancel after raw materials have been procured or manufacturing has begun, the Advance Payment is Non-Refundable to cover material and labor costs.

Ready for Dispatch: Orders cannot be cancelled once the machine is ready for dispatch.
5. Shipping Costs for Returns

Defective/Damaged Items: Centaurix Global Technologies will bear the cost of return shipping and insurance.

Buyer Preference Returns: The Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, heavy haulage logistics, and transit insurance. The item must be returned in its original crate/packaging.
