1. GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION


Centaurix Global Technologies specializes in heavy industrial machinery (Hydraulic Presses, Power Packs, Cylinders). Due to the massive weight, dimensions, and customization of our products, shipping is NOT standard courier delivery.


We operate a Managed Logistics Protocol to ensure your asset arrives safely, whether you are in Pune or Pennsylvania.


Important Pricing Notice:

  • Checkout Price: The shipping cost displayed as "₹0.00" or "Free" at online checkout indicates that shipping is calculated separately. It does NOT mean free shipping.

  • Final Cost: Freight charges are calculated based on actual weight, volume, and destination (Incoterms) and will be added to your Proforma Invoice.


2. DOMESTIC SHIPPING (INDIA)


For our clients within India, we utilize a network of vetted heavy-haulage transport partners.

 

  • Shipping Term: All domestic orders are processed on a "Freight to Pay" or "Billed at Actuals" basis.

  • Carrier Selection: We obtain quotes from 3 top-tier logistics providers (e.g., VRL, TCI, ARC) and select the best rate/timeline for you. You pay the transporter directly or reimburse us.

  • Transit Time:

    • West Zone (MH, GJ): 2 - 4 Business Days.

    • North/South/East Zones: 5 - 10 Business Days.

  • Unloading: The buyer (Consignee) is responsible for arranging a crane or forklift for unloading at the delivery site.


3. INTERNATIONAL EXPORT SHIPPING (WORLDWIDE)


We are a registered Indian Exporter. We ship to the USA, UAE, Europe, Africa, and APAC.

 

A. Default Incoterms:
Unless otherwise negotiated, all online quotes are based on EXW (Ex-Works) Nashik, India. This means the buyer pays for shipping from our factory gate.

 

B. Managed Export Options (We handle it for you):
We can upgrade your order to the following terms upon request:

  • FOB (Free on Board): We deliver to Mumbai Port (JNPT) and handle Indian Customs.

  • CIF (Cost, Insurance, Freight): We manage the sea freight and insurance to your nearest port (e.g., Jebel Ali, New York, Rotterdam).

  • DAP (Delivered at Place): We deliver to your factory door (available in select countries).

 

C. Export Packaging (ISPM-15):
All international shipments are packed in Heat-Treated Wooden Crates compliant with ISPM-15 Standards. This ensures smooth customs clearance in the USA, EU, and Australia.


4. HANDLING & PRODUCTION TIMELINES


Handling Time (Production):

  • In-Stock Items (Standard Power Packs/Cylinders): 3 - 7 Business Days.

  • Made-to-Order (Hydraulic Presses): 30 - 60 Business Days (Depending on Tonnage).

  • Note: Exact production time will be confirmed in your Purchase Order.

 

Transit Time (Estimated):

  • Air Cargo: 5 - 10 Business Days.

  • Sea Freight (Middle East/Asia): 10 - 20 Days.

  • Sea Freight (Europe/USA): 30 - 45 Days.


5. INSURANCE & DAMAGES

  • Transit Insurance: We strongly recommend Transit Insurance for all machinery.

    • Domestic: Optional (at buyer's risk if not selected).

    • International (CIF): Included in the quote.

​

  • Damage Protocol: If your machine arrives damaged:

    • Do NOT accept delivery without noting damages on the Lorry Receipt (LR) or Bill of Lading.

    • Take clear photos/videos immediately.

6. CUSTOMS & DUTIES (International)

​

 

  • Export Duty: Paid by Centaurix Global (India).

  • Import Duty: The Buyer is responsible for all Import Duties, VAT, and Taxes in the destination country. We provide all necessary documentation (Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin) to assist your clearing agent.
